Humidity Indicator Cards

• Humidity Indicator Cards(HIC) are used for the visual inspection of
  the packaging status of humidity sensitive parts, such as
  semiconductors, PCB, LED etc.
• Traditionally, HIC is made using CoCl2 and color changed from
  Blue(Dry) to Pink(Wet)
• CoCl2 is regulated by EU Council as a material of carcinogenic
  category II.

Eco Humicator™ series (Cobalt-Free HIC)

• Eco Humicator™ series is an Eco Friendly HIC that has the property
  “100% cobalt-free”.
• Each moisture sensitive spots respond to various levels of humidity
  with a visible color change from Green(Dry) to Violet(Wet).

• Indicates : Spot color changed according to ambient relative humidity.
• Accuracy : ± 5%RH ( 25℃)
• Spot color : Dry ☞ 《Green ▶ Brown ▶ Violet》☜ Wet
  Green : The environmental RH % is lower than the percentage written in the spot.
  Violet: The environmental RH % is higher than the percentage written in the spot.
